How our method helps you scale

In 2017, Czech-based auto company Škoda, approached EYELEVEL with a radical idea: their car showrooms needed a refresh – a concept that would challenge the decades-old model of sterile and often uninviting car showrooms. How could they turn the car-buying experience around?

EYELEVEL first examined the brand’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in all facets. We dove headfirst into the challenge, thinking holistically about what made Škoda different. From the start, we knew they were at the forefront of their industry – they don’t just want people to buy their cars, they wanted their cars to fit into peoples’ lifestyle.

Amongst the different canvases we used to guide us through our problem solving, we first identified who our target audience was through a persona canvas. We then moved through a cover story canvas that would ultimately be what we wanted this new concept to embody in the future, a value proposition canvas, a bit of context mapping, and ultimately a business model outline.

Last but not least, we really went big with our wall of ideas – anything and everything we felt would contribute to an innovative and fresh showroom.

Ultimately, the day-long workshop was a huge success and our client walked away happy and energized to take the next steps in reinventing the way Škoda shows up for the customer experience.
